Velvet Audio is committed to providing high-quality digital publications, educational materials, and ensemble shows. Due to the nature of digital content and our regional protection commitments, all sales are considered final. Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.

1. DIGITAL CATALOG

VELVET AUDIO DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS.

Once a file has been downloaded or delivered electronically, it cannot be returned or revoked. Because digital materials can be duplicated or stored indefinitely, Velvet Audio cannot verify that the purchaser no longer has access to the product after delivery.

Accordingly, all digital catalog purchases—such as warm-ups, exercises, arrangements, educational resources, sound design content, or any other downloadable material—are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. SHOWS

All show purchases are final and non-refundable due to Velvet Audio’s Regional Protection Policy and the exclusive nature of show licensing.

Once a show has been:

• Reserved,

• Purchased, or

• Assigned to a school, independent ensemble, or organization,

Velvet Audio immediately removes that show from availability for all ensembles within the same competitive region, circuit, and/or WGI events. By committing to a show, the purchasing ensemble has effectively taken it off the market for the entire competitive season associated with their submitted schedule.

Because:

• The show can no longer be sold to other inquiring groups,

• Students and staff typically gain immediate access to the music and materials, and

• There is no way to “return” a digital show after access has been granted,

Velvet Audio cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.

However, in limited cases and at Velvet Audio’s discretion, a credit toward a future competitive season may be offered if the ensemble chooses to work with us again. Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By purchasing any Velvet Audio product—catalog materials or ensemble shows—you acknowledge that you understand and accept this Return & Refund Policy in full.
